Combined with the overall style of the courtyard, designers conduct one-on-one communication (offline/online) to clarify your functional needs, style preferences, color tendencies and budget, and provide similar case references simultaneously to lay the foundation for soft furnishing matching.
設(shè)計(jì)師結(jié)合庭院整體風(fēng)格,通過一對(duì)一溝通(線下 / 線上),明確您的功能需求、風(fēng)格偏好、色彩傾向及預(yù)算,同步提供同類案例參考,奠定軟裝搭配基調(diào)。
2. Soft Furnishing Scheme Design 軟裝方案設(shè)計(jì)
Within 7 working days after demand confirmation, Designers will issue the "Soft Furnishing Matching Scheme", including style positioning, layout schematic diagram, product list (furniture/lighting/floral arrangements, etc.), color and material suggestions and preliminary budget. Designers will optimize the scheme according to your feedback until a consensus is reached, and adjust the budget synchronously (if necessary).
3. Product Selection and Confirmation 產(chǎn)品選型與確認(rèn)
Designers will accompany you in product selection, connect with cooperative suppliers or customization channels, and provide material sample comparison to ensure consistency with the scheme.For customized products, designers will issue detailed drawings, and start customization after your confirmation. Finally, designers will issue the "Soft Furnishing Product Confirmation List", and proceed with procurement after verification and signature.
4. Procurement and Customization Follow-up 采購與定制跟進(jìn)
You will sign the "Soft Furnishing Service Contract" with Suntyn, and pay the agreed proportion of advance payment according to the contract. Designers will follow up the progress throughout, synchronize the status and coordinate issues.
5. On-site Placement and Adjustment 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)擺場(chǎng)與調(diào)整
After the courtyard is cleaned, designers will arrive at the site to coordinate the placement, accurately positioning according to the scheme. They will make minor adjustments based on the on-site effect to optimize the sense of hierarchy and coordination, respond to your reasonable adjustment needs and coordinate on-site optimization until satisfaction.
6. Acceptance and After-sales Guarantee 驗(yàn)收與售后保障
We will invite you to conduct acceptance (quantity/quality/layout/effect) after placement, and you can pay the remaining balance after qualification and signature confirmation.Designers will provide you with the "Soft Furnishing Product Usage and Maintenance Manual", and you can enjoy 1-year free warranty (for non-human damage and faults) and lifelong paid maintenance services provided by Suntyn . For subsequent update needs, you can enjoy free consulting and supplementary scheme services provided.
